Coaching Terms and Conditions

The first payment will come out when booking, payment will then come out on the same day each month.

We run coaching for 45 weeks of the year. We don’t run on bank holidays, 2 weeks at Easter, May half term, the first 2 weeks of the summer holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas.

Bank Holiday sessions can be made up by attending other sessions during the year (ask a coach for the other relevant days/times), or you can ask for a voucher to use at Holiday Camps.

If we have to cancel because of severe weather making the courts dangerous to play on then your child can make up the lost session by attending an appropriate session on a different day at any point.

If we have to cancel due to weather we will message out at least 30 minutes prior to the lessons starting

If your child is unable to attend any other days then we may then offer for you to use recoup the session by attending a morning or afternoon of holiday camp.

We don’t offer refunds for illness but if your child is too ill to attend then they can attend another session to make up the missed one.

If for any reason you wish to stop coming let us know so we can be remove you from the registers and you will need to login to your account to stop the recurring payment.
